The Back Story
My dad and I have been going on walks, hikes, and drives since I was 12. Every Sunday (at least) we would take a walk (weather permitting) and typically, that walk was in San Anselmo. Although I grew up only about five minutes from the downtown, we loved just walking around the nook and crannies of San Anselmo/Ross and looking at all the beautifully old homes. We would always choose our favorites. I was a sucker for the Craftsmans and my dad, the Victorians. Those times with my dad were some of my fondest memories with him. We would talk about everything. The Theological Seminary became part of the "usual route" only a few years ago, but I fell in love with it. It's hard not to.
When Curtis and I began dating of course we came to Marin A LOT and he quickly grew fond of San Anselmo, too. When I showed him the Seminary and specifically the view from Geneva Terrace -- he was hooked. We can't wait for you to share in the beauty of this place. With it's view of Mt. Tam, the treetops that stretch for miles, and European-style buildings...we think you'll see it's magic, too.
